Breakfast was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean with updated bathroom and attractive furnishings. The fresh decor was enjoyable. The staff were amazingly nice and accommodating. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, near Patsy Cline Historic House.

The room was spotless and updated with Direct TV. Reasonably priced. Clean facilities. Fast check-in and efficient employees.

Getting out of the room was the best part of staying there

Very tired hotel-- peeling wallpaper, smelled of cigarette smoke masked by cleaning products. Stained upholstery in the room, three lamps did not work, worn and stained tub enamel. The bed was made sloppily, so that told me that not only was the hotel worn down, so was the staff. I was afraid to walk on the carpet- if felt sticky.This hotel is so sad- there are so many choices nearby- stay elsewhere instead. Repeat- stay anywhere else.

The soft and roomy king size bed was the absolute best feature of our stay. I also loved the softer and somewhat flatter pillows instead of the oversized puffy pillow normally found in hotels. We chose the room because it had a love seat instead of the standard single comfortable chair. When 2 people are staying in a room, it should be standard that there is enough comfortable seating for 2, not 1 as is the standard now. The taller than average sink is also great for us older travelers - don't have to stoop over as much. Great layout in the bathroom with the corner cabinet making the most efficient use of space.

The access to the parking lot was a little confusing. The stains on the couch cushion were a little off-putting.
